Shine designed and produced the main title for ABC’s comedy, “The Goldbergs”.

“The Goldbergs” is a family comedy set in the 1980s, following the lives of the quirky Goldberg family in suburban Pennsylvania. Narrated by the adult version of Adam Goldberg, the show is based on his real-life experiences growing up. Adam, the youngest, captures his family’s everyday antics with his video camera. His overbearing "smother" Beverly, hot-tempered father Murray, rebellious sister Erica, and overconfident brother Barry provide endless comedic moments. The series highlights the family's love, loyalty, and hilariously awkward attempts to navigate life, pop culture, and growing up in the '80s.

Adam Goldberg

Adam Goldberg is the main protagonist and narrator of The Goldbergs. The character is based on the real Adam F. Goldberg. He is the youngest child of Murray and Beverly Goldberg and the brother of Erica and Barry Goldberg. He is also clearly Beverly's favorite child over Barry and Erica. Patton Oswalt voices present-day Adam as the narrator with Sean Giambrone portraying the adolescent Adam. Adam's dad, Murray, was played by Jeff Garlin, and "Pops" was played by George Segal.
