Shine designed and animated the main title sequence for “Step Up”. Cinematic imagery of superstar dancer Angyil drove the edit and the animation to create a surreal montage to open each episode in season 3.
In “Step Up” season 3, the story returns to High Water, a performing arts incubator where ambition, talent, and drama collide. Sage Odom, played by Ne-Yo, faces murder charges, financial turmoil, and political enemies, while his partner Collette (played by Christina Milian) struggles to maintain the empire amid a growing talent roster. As they balance their professional and personal lives, a group of young artists, including Rigo, Poppy, and mysterious newcomer Angel, grapple with the cost of fame, power struggles, and intense rivalry as they chase their dreams.
Welcome to High Water - a next level incubator for new artistic talent where founder and megastar Sage Odom and his partner Collette Jones struggle to maintain their empire. The talented High Water artists find that living your dream is more difficult - and exciting - than they once thought.
Superstar dancer Angyil brought her incredible talents to the table on the Step Up main title sequence production. Angyil's amazing dance led the visuals in the sequence, with unbelievable and inspiring motion.
