Erin has a wild streak – she wears what she wants to wear, says what she wants to say, and plays what she wants to play. She’s got a tough exterior, but a seriously funny side too. When life hands Erin lemons she turns them into hilarious songs. Deep down, she’s a sensitive and caring kid who loves her dad, and her best friend Vivian. Music provides her an escape, especially now that she has a new mother, a new sister, and a new stepbrother.

Aaron’s a popstar at heart, ready to be a star for the world to see! In his eyes he’s a triple threat: he’s got talent, perfect pitch, and a really cool sneaker collection. Most importantly, he’s dedicated, hard working, and overly organized. He always starts his day with vocal warm-ups at his piano over a bowl of Lucky Charms. With all of the recent changes in his life, Aaron leans on music to help him through.

Aaron’s little sister is great at video games, sneaking candy, and using her cuteness to her advantage. She loves her brother Aaron almost as much as she loves busting his ego. Unlike most seven year olds, Natasha isn’t afraid to show anyone who’s boss. Adjusting to her new family is easy for her, as it’s the perfect opportunity to guilt her parents into buying a mini horse.

Chuck is Erin’s dad. He is a hard-working construction worker, and the person to call if you ever need to fight a grizzly bear, or unclog a toilet. Chuck and his daughter, Erin, share a special relationship, bonding through horror movies and ordering pizza up to five times a week. Though excited about the next chapter of their lives, his top priority is making sure Erin is adjusting well to life with their new family.

Sylvia, Aaron’s mom, doesn’t know much about music, but she’s always there to support Aaron and his dreams. When she’s not sitting through his shows and school concerts, Sylvia is running her pottery store on Etsy. She’s an accepting and nurturing person, who loves her husband and new family.
